Role Swap Day 2019

The role swap day is a one-day exercise in CFAO which enables management to replace their subordinates. The purpose is to understand the challenges faced when carrying out operational tasks. The 2019 role swap took place across the CFAO Automotive divisons in Nigeria, including Massilia Motors.
